Option 1
Real Estate Possession to Minimum Value Of €250,000
- Get a residence permit for 5 years
- Invest in one or more properties valuing a total of EUR€250,000
- Renew your residence permit for another 5 years each time, however, you should still own the property

Real Estate Lease or Timeshare
- Get a residence permit for 5 years
- Lease or invest in a timeshare for hotel accommodations or furnished tourist residences in a tourist facility that must be registered with the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO). Invest a minimum of EUR€400,000 in Greek government bonds
- Capital contribution of a minimum of EUR€400,000 in bonds or shares of a private equity fund, venture capital fund, or mutual fund based in Greece
- Capital contribution of a minimum of EUR€400,000 in securities or a bank deposit
- Invest EUR€800,000 in corporate bonds, shares, or Greek Treasury bonds that are listed in trading facilities operational in Greece
