Refund in Case of Rejection
AAA coordinates on the applicants’ behalf with the relevant officials and Government offices. In its capacity AAA makes all the efforts to render the best consultancy and advice to the applicants and submit their applications and information properly. In case the application is rejected and there is a clear proof that such negative outcome has resulted because of AAA’s mistake or blunder and not because of any other reason directly or indirectly causing the rejection, then AAA would retain only initial retainer ship fees as specified in the cancellation clause, balance services fees paid to AAA against their professional services may be refunded to the client.
